Spend your afternoon getting a good sweat-on today. Put aside the day for this one – the hike alone will take 5 hours. And the start and end points are different, so you’ll need to arrange transportation back to your car at the end of your day, making for a rather fun adventure! The eastern section of the Baden Powell trail travels through North Vancouver from Deep Cove to the Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge, passing several scenic landscapes, from a view of Deep Cove and Indian Arm, to great canyon scenery of the Seymour River and Lynn Creek. Bring lots of water and food, and bundle up to keep warm and dry.  Happy trails!
