Day 348: The Alibi Room
Calling all beer snobs! Have we got the place for you! The owners of the Alibi Room are of the belief that beer can be at least as versatile as wine when it comes to food pairing. They pour 25 taps, plus a rotating cask selection from their beer engines. Since 2006, this “Modern Tavern” has been quietly turning into the place for local craft beer on tap.
