Day 320: BierCraft Bistro (formerly Stella's) on Cambie
Stella's, home of the best selection of Belgian beer in Vancouver, recently changed their name to BierCraft Bistro. Not to worry though - that's really all that changed. The owners know what works and they don't mess with a good thing. Belgian beer, great food made of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, and exceptional value = a great night out. And their website boasts they're a Vancouver Canucks preferred restaurant!
