Day 220: Coffee at 49th Parallel
Fresh really does taste better! The beans from 49th Parallel are ridiculously tasty to begin with, but the real magic happens once the espresso is pulled. Without fail, out comes a perfectly extracted espresso topped with a most gorgeous crema. The milk, steamed to perfection, rides that sweet-hot yummy wave, and the staff always make some fun latte art before handing the cup over. Definitely one of the best places in town to go for a cup o’ java.
