Coma Food Truck opened in March of this year and has so far become a smashing success. It’s a unique concept - a mobile restaurant serving up a fusion of Korean, Mexican and American cuisine. Coma can be found in one of 3 locations; Broadway & Cambie, Railway Street or West 4th & Burrard; check out their website to see where they’ll be and when. Today they’ll be downtown on Railway Street, then on to 4^th and Burrard for dinner. Try their Korean bbq pork burrito – delicious! And for the record, the name didn’t come from the idea that the food would put you in a coma, but is rather a mix of KO (Korean), M (Mexican) and A (American).
