Day 195: Coma Food Truck

Day 195: Coma Food TruckComa Food Truck opened in March of this year and has so far become a smashing success. It’s a unique concept - a mobile restaurant serving up a fusion of Korean, Mexican and American cuisine. Coma can be found in one of 3 locations; Broadway & Cambie, Railway Street or West 4th & Burrard; check out their website to see where they’ll be and when. Today they’ll be downtown on Railway Street, then on to 4th and Burrard for dinner. Try their Korean bbq pork burrito – delicious! And for the record, the name didn’t come from the idea that the food would put you in a coma, but is rather a mix of KO (Korean), M (Mexican) and A (American).
